- Passport must be valid 6 months beyond May 15, 2026
- Prices may change until booking is confirmed
- Cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) — 3.6% fee applies
- Zelle & CashApp also accepted
Cancellations & Refunds
- All payments are 100% non-refundable & non-transferable
- No extensions will be granted
- Cancellation must be submitted via email and confirmed in writing
Health & Travel Requirements
- Travelers must check health requirements & vaccinations
- Required documents must be carried by traveler
Travel Protection
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Covers cancellations, medical issues, delays & emergencies
- Any additional costs are traveler’s responsibility
General Conditions
- Agency acts as a broker only (not responsible for airline/supplier changes)
- Travel documents issued 2 weeks before departure
- Entry to countries is subject to approval, even with valid documents
Liability
- Nik of Time Travel is not responsible for delays, losses, injuries, or third-party issues.
- Any extra costs due to disruptions will be borne by the traveler.
