Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable travel retainer fee is required before planning begins
- Retainer is valid for 7 days after initial quote
- Payment must be received before any work starts

Group Travel (10–25 people)
US/Caribbean/Mexico – $300
Rest of World – $500
25+ travelers – Case by case
Wedding Travel (Travel Only)

Rest of World – $1500
Additional Fees
Includes up to 2 revisions
Extra revisions: $75 each
Air ticketing: $50 (domestic) / $75 (international) per person
Voluntary changes: $50 per person + supplier fees
Cancellations & Refunds
- All fees are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable
- Fees still apply even if you choose not to book
