Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made in the traveler’s full legal name as shown on passport
- Passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond February 3, 2026
- Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
- Credit/Debit cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) with a 3.6% processing fee

Cancellations & Refunds
- All payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable
- No extensions will be granted
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and confirmed in writing to be valid
